Helping small and medium-sized businesses with DB2 UDB is definitely a dream job, as Fred Sobotka describes in the latest issue of DB2 Magazine. The publication's Dream Job column focuses on the background and challenges faced by a different DB2 DBA each issue. Fred was honored to be picked by IBM to talk about the unique challenges faced by DB2 DBAs in smaller companies.
